We focus on developing novel low/hetero-dimensional nanostructured materials (graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, ionic crystals, etc.) toward high-performance energy harvesting systems (solar cell, water splitting, etc.) and emerging semiconductor technologies (nanoelectronics, neuromorphic computing, sensors, etc.)
